Message He must be actually cutting the shaft and welding it back together. All I do is move the pivot ball and reweld it in place (basically the same thing stillen does). Even if the weld breaks (very hard to do) you still would be able to shift, just the throw length would vary. But you would be able to make it home. Had mine in for 6 months and I haven't had a problem with it yet and JBZ32's seems to be holding up as well.
